Extracurriculars and Leadership
As an active member of IISE, I engage in professional development and networking opportunities that strengthen my leadership, communication, and systems-thinking skills. Through workshops and collaborations with industry professionals, I’ve gained deeper insights into the applications of systems engineering in real-world problem solving.
As a member of the Omicron Chapter of the Gamma Phi Beta Sorority, I’ve built strong interpersonal and organizational skills by fostering connections among women across disciplines and managing recruitment logistics. I also contribute to the chapter’s social media presence, helping to promote a positive and inclusive community focused on academic growth and leadership.
In my free time you will likely catch me dancing! As a dancer with the Vitality Dance Team, I perform in student-run, self-choreographed showcases that celebrate creativity, teamwork, and artistic expression. This experience allows me to combine leadership and collaboration while also being a great creative and fun outlet.
